How will Allah determine who goes to heaven and hell?

Allah judges each person with perfect justice and mercy based on: 1) Faith (iman) - sincere belief in Allah, His messengers, books, angels, Day of Judgment, and divine decree. 2) Deeds - good and bad actions will be weighed on scales. 3) Intention - only deeds done sincerely for Allah are accepted. 4) Circumstances - people are judged according to their knowledge and ability. Those who never received the message are tested differently. Allah's mercy prevails over His wrath, and He forgives all sins for those who sincerely repent. Only Allah knows hearts perfectly; even small sincere deeds can earn Paradise, and sincere repentance erases sins.
