Yes, absolutely. Allah has appointed angels to record every deed, word, and even intention. The Quran states: 'And indeed, [appointed] over you are keepers, noble and recording; they know whatever you do' (82:10-12). Nothing escapes Allah's knowledge - 'Not a leaf falls but that He knows it' (6:59). On the Day of Judgment, every person will receive their record: 'And the record [of deeds] will be placed [open], and you will see the criminals fearful of what is in it' (18:49). This knowledge should inspire mindfulness (taqwa) in every action.
