Muhammad (ﷺ) was the final Prophet and Messenger of Allah, born in Mecca in 570 CE. He was known even before prophethood as "Al-Amin" (The Trustworthy) and "As-Sadiq" (The Truthful) for his impeccable character. At 40, he received the first revelation and spent 23 years conveying Islam. He is described in the Quran as "a mercy to all the worlds" (21:107), having "an exalted standard of character" (68:4), and the "Seal of the Prophets" (33:40) - meaning the last prophet. He taught monotheism, justice, compassion, and all aspects of worship and righteous living. His example (Sunnah) guides Muslims in every aspect of life. He was a prophet, teacher, leader, judge, and the best example of human character. He died in 632 CE in Medina, having completed his mission.
