When you feel lost

No right words needed. Start with how today actually feels.

Begin where you are

Feeling lost can mean many things: grief, change, exhaustion, or simply not knowing what comes next. You are welcome to name it without turning it into a verdict about who you are.

The Quran speaks to people in seasons of fear and sorrow, not only after those feelings have passed.

Do not lose heart or grieve; you will have the upper hand, if you are true believers. — Quran 3:139

Your worth is not your productivity

When direction disappears, it is easy to measure yourself by what you can accomplish. The Quran describes human dignity as something given, not earned through constant performance.

That dignity belongs to every person. It can be a place to stand while you work out what matters next.

We have certainly honored the children of Adam. — Quran 17:70

Choose one honest next step

You do not have to solve your whole life today. Consider one small act that supports your wellbeing: speaking with someone you trust, asking for practical help, or making room to rest.

In the Quran, trust in God is paired with action and responsibility. Seeking help is not a failure of faith.

And whoever relies upon Allah—then He is sufficient for him. — Quran 65:3
